Hooray! It’s already Tuesday! I slept through all three of my alarms this morning…so I guess I’ll share yesterday’s workout with you.
Quad, Ham, and Glute Burner
Complete this workout 4 times, circuit style, 8-12 reps per exercise, resting 1 complete minute between sets. Last set is a drop set, so drop your weight by about 50% and do each exercise as fast as you can with control. Complete with 3 rounds of the finisher, 30 seconds rest between sets.

Last night I had dinner with a friend, who reminded me that no matter how stressed I may be right now…this is nothing new and I can handle it. Being a grown up can be tough, but having great friends in my corner makes it a little easier.
