More Squats and an überFit Tank Giveaway!

Anyway…my plan was to have some pics of me doing actual squats at the gym in this tank…but as my life would have it, Chris is playing in a golf tournament today and would be unavailable shoot my workout. So, I did what any normal wife would do: dragged his ass out of bed at 5:30 and made him take pictures of me in front of our house in the wet grass and day-glo pink crops. You think I’m kidding…but he did it because he’s the world’s best husband ❤

How freaking adorable is that tank?! It’s a super thin, breathable material that makes working out so nice. And you KNOW I love squats! Honestly, as I try different brands and types of workout apparel, I find that I like thinner, moveable tops like this way more than those thick performance tops. This shirt moves really nicely and keeps up with my ridiculous workouts. Even if you don’t win, you should DEFINITELY check out überfit’s line of awesome stuff. Here’s the leg interval workout I did today!

über Crazy Leg Intervals

  • Difficulty: intermediate to advanced
  • Print

Do each superset 3x, rest 1 minute between each set. Complete strength exercise for 8-12 reps, going as heavy as you can without compromising form, complete each cardio interval for 30s.

Superset 1: Barbell Squats, Lateral hops

Superset 2: Straight Leg Dead Lift, Butt kicks

Superset 3: KB Tactical Lunge, Skaters

Superset 4: Stability Ball Roll-Ins, Ski Jumps

Superset 5: Step Ups, High Knees

Superset 6: Burpee with squat hold, Squat pulse
