Boot Camp and a Miami Tramp

Helloooo! It’s Thursday and an absolutely GORGEOUS day! My day will be spent finishing up all my last minute preparations for Miami! GAH I’m so excited!

Last night in my ED support group we did a really interesting exercise. I’m the co-leader of this group, but honestly get just as much out of being there as the other members. We were discussing the difference between how we talk to ourselves vs. how we talk to one another. Everyone in the group is incredibly supportive of the other members, but have a difficult time taking their own advice (myself included!). We were talking about how silly our fears and anxieties sound when we say they aloud, and I had a little epiphany. I had still been pre-freaking out about wearing my bathing suit around all the other girls in Miami, but when I said it aloud it sounded so ridiculous. I wear a bathing suit ALL the time…why is this any different?? We all have insecurities, but we can’t let them stand in our way of a once in a lifetime experience! So my plan is to rock my bikini and teeny club dresses and say “bubyeeeee” to ED. I’ll be sure to post tons of pics next week.

Anyway, I did this the following boot camp workout the other day and it seriously kicked my behind. I’ve been loving this type of circuit training lately and feel like my body is responding really well! I’m feeling lean, mean, and strong! Image-1

That workout is crazy sweaty, but the time flies by! Give it a try and let me know what you think!

Ok I’m off to my mani appointment then packing tons a teensy clothing in a giant suitcase!
